Coordinating Manager - S&OP

As part of the role, the S&OP Technical Support Manager will interact with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Finance and IT teams. Ensure that Monthly Demand Plan is accurate in both the short- and long-term at the appropriate hierarchical level. Collaborate with NAFR Commercial teams through monthly demand meetings to prepare the demand forecast used during the S&OP process. Establish monthly rhythm for Commercial Entities to submit forecasts for management review. Provide accurate and timely demand inputs for budget and strategic planning cycles. Accountable for improvement of forecast accuracy and bias metric across all business segments and product lines. Utilize statistical forecasting analysis with smoothing, regression, and any other model to improve accuracy. Identify opportunities to manage NAFR portfolio supporting efficient inventory management practices.
