- Oversee and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems and equipment, identifying and addressing any issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of electrical parts and supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of critical electrical spare parts and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical maintenance techniques and technologies.
- Train and mentor electrical maintenance staff, providing opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for the electrical maintenance department.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the electrical maintenance team.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Maintenance Management In An Industrial Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Equipment, And Codes
Experience Managing A Team Of Electrical Technicians And Developing Maintenance Schedules
