Employee and Labor Relations Representative

Ensure the effective delivery of HR Core processes including effective sourcing/recruitment/selection strategies, performance management, reward and recognition, training and development plans, career development, communications, and succession plan/organization development. Serve as a trusted advisor to the plant location and resolve business problems through broad and up-to-date knowledge of Labor Relations and Human Resources competencies such as contract negotiation, grievance handling, progressive discipline, arbitration preparation, local issue settlements, employment law, organizational behavior, change management, best practices and company policy and practice. Interpret the Basic Labor Agreement (BLA) and formulate local strategic positions. Lead the handling of all aspects of employee relations, policy administration, and communications within the client group(s).
