  1. Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and hazardous material incidents, in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Provide medical treatment and care to injured or ill individuals, including administering first aid, CPR, and other life-saving techniques.
  3. Operate and maintain fire and emergency medical equipment, including vehicles, pumps, hoses, and medical supplies.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify potential hazards.
  5. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure preparedness for various types of emergencies.
  6. Train and educate employees on fire safety, emergency response procedures, and first aid techniques.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members, emergency personnel, and other stakeholders during emergency situations.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of emergency incidents, treatment provided, and equipment maintenance.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address safety concerns and implement safety improvements.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to fire and emergency response.
  11. Operate as a member of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Maintain physical fitness and readiness to perform physically demanding tasks during emergencies.
  13. Remain calm and composed under pressure and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills when making decisions in emergency situations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • Certification As A Firefighter And Emergency Medical Technician (Emt) In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience As A Firefighter/Emt, Preferably In An Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Fire Suppression Techniques, Emergency Medical Care, And Hazardous Materials Response.

  • Physical Ability To Perform Physically Demanding Tasks, Including Lifting Heavy Objects And Working In Adverse Weather Conditions.
