  1. Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive revenue growth for Unity in the gaming industry.
  2. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the gaming industry, including game developers, publishers, and hardware manufacturers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on them through partnerships.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and assess market trends and competitive landscape.
  6. Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms for Unity and our partners.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, making strategic recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform partnership strategies.
  9. Represent Unity at industry events and conferences, networking with potential partners and promoting our brand and offerings.
  10. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive their growth and development.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  12. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Unity's products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential partners.
  13. Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes and practices, identifying and implementing efficiencies and best practices.
  14. Prepare and present reports and updates on partnership activities and progress to senior management.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the partnership team, promoting a positive and dynamic work environment.
