Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts consisting of designated, grant/contract, gift, foundation, state, and other funding sources, ensuring compliance with external sponsors, University of Arizona (UA), University of Arizona Foundation (UAF), and governmental policies and regulations.Prepare and submit reports to RII Budget & Finance Administrators for review and approval. Initiate transactions in UAccess Financials such as General Error Corrections (GEC), Distribution of Income and Expense (DI), Salary Expense transfers (SET), Transfer of Funds (TF), Cash Receipts, Disbursement Vouchers, Internal Billings (IB), UA Foundation Gift Deposits and Disbursements and Requisitions. Process Request for Budget Changes (RBC). Serve as PCard reconciler for various RII units and reconcile purchasing card transactions adhering to all University, State, and Federal policies. Prepare and submit Travel Expense Reimbursements through Financial Services. Oversee and process invoices; take payments via credit card; serve as PCI Compliance Representative.
