- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to promote the University of Arizona and its programs to a global audience.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Create compelling and innovative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and communication efforts, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in higher education marketing and communications to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the University of Arizona, ensuring all communications align with the institution's values and mission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage crisis communications as needed.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and communication campaigns for various events, programs, and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain the University's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members and departments on marketing and communication strategies and tactics.
- Assist with budget planning and management for marketing and communication initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the University of Arizona in all communications and interactions.
- Adhere to all brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Communications, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
Demonstrated Experience Developing And Implementing Marketing Strategies And Campaigns, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Print Materials.
Familiarity With Marketing Analytics And Data-Driven Decision Making, As Well As Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Relevant Software.
