  1. Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials on strategy, entrepreneurship, and venture innovation to undergraduate and graduate students.
  2. Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methods to facilitate student learning and critical thinking.
  3. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into curriculum.
  4. Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals, providing guidance and support.
  5. Evaluate and grade student assignments, exams, and projects.
  6. Collaborate with fellow faculty members to continuously improve course content and teaching methods.
  7. Participate in departmental meetings and committees to contribute to curriculum development and university initiatives.
  8. Conduct research and publish scholarly articles or papers in relevant academic journals.
  9. Act as a resource for students, providing guidance and support for internships, job opportunities, and other career-related activities.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the university and department in all interactions with students, colleagues, and outside organizations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on changes and advancements in the field of strategy, entrepreneurship, and venture innovation and incorporate them into teaching and research.
  12. Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to promote and advance the department's mission and goals.
  14. Fulfill administrative duties, such as maintaining accurate records and submitting required reports, in a timely manner.
  15. Adhere to university policies and procedures, as well as academic standards and ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Or Innovation.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Teaching Experience At The University Level, With A Focus On Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Or Venture Innovation.

  • A Strong Publication Record In Reputable Academic Journals Within The Field Of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Or Innovation.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Innovative Curriculum And Teaching Methods, Such As Experiential Learning Or Case Studies.

  • Proven Expertise In Conducting And Publishing Research On Topics Related To Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Or Venture Innovation, As Evidenced By Grants, Awards, Or Citations.
