  1. Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff in person, over the phone, and via email for all university technology resources and systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to computers, printers, network connectivity, and software installations.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain technology equipment and software throughout campus, including classrooms, offices, and labs.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth functioning and integration of all technology systems.
  5. Keep up-to-date with new technology developments and trends to proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Train and educate university community members on the proper use and maintenance of technology resources.
  7. Monitor and maintain university technology systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  8. Document and track all technology support requests and resolutions using the university's ticketing system.
  9. Assist with the planning and implementation of technology upgrades and enhancements.
  10. Maintain inventory and procurement of technology equipment and supplies.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with university community members.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues.
  13. Adhere to university policies and procedures related to technology usage and security.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline technology support processes and procedures.
  15. Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Job Qualifications
