  4. Collaborate with other members of the Facilities Management team to prioritize and complete roofing projects in a timely and efficient manner.

  6. Communicate with university staff, faculty, and students regarding any potential disruptions or safety concerns during roofing projects.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in roofing technology to continuously improve the university's roofing systems.
  8. Monitor and report any budgetary considerations related to roofing projects.
  9. Train and supervise junior team members or contractors, as needed.
  10. Represent the university in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for academic excellence and beautiful campus.
