
Academic HR Analyst
The University of California, Irvine seeks an experienced and strategic Academic HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. Our ideal candidate is an analytical professional with an in-depth understanding of HR practices and a passion for driving academic success. The Academic HR Analyst will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, developing and managing policies, and working closely with faculty and staff to ensure the successful implementation of our HR initiatives.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in a recruitment and/or HR role is preferred.
