
Community Resilience Project Manager
Community Resilience brings together teams of faculty, students, staff, and community collaborators to address environmental, health, and social justice challenges by fostering community-driven and equity-focused solutions. Accountable for project management and coordination. Initiates processes in areas such as digital communications, graphic design, research and writing, stakeholder management, workshop production, meeting design and facilitation. Uses advanced operational concepts and objectives to resolve highly complex issues. Regularly works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Primarily deals with programs and proposals with broad impact across the organization. Develops and implements new projects and processes.
At least 5-7 years of experience in the fields of environmental, health and/or social justice research, education
Advanced experience working with low-income communities and communities of color on environmental, health, and/or social justice issues.
Ability to notice and seek balance when multi-tasking within demanding timeframes
