Assistant Coach - Women's Volleyball

The University of California, Riverside is seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and experienced Assistant Coach for our Women's Volleyball program. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for the sport, and a commitment to the student-athletes' performance and personal growth. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of collegiate or professional coaching experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. We are looking for an Assistant Coach who will bring a positive and inspiring attitude to the program and help our student-athletes reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement training plans to help our student-athletes reach their highest potential.
2. Provide leadership and instruction for our Women's Volleyball program.
3. Monitor and evaluate student-athletes' performance and personal growth.
4. Motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their fullest potential.
5. Foster a positive atmosphere and develop team spirit.
6. Coordinate with the Head Coach to develop strategies and game plans.
7. Develop relationships with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure the success of the program.
8. Manage administrative duties as needed.
9. Attend coaching clinics and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the sport and industry.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with alumni and donors.
