The University of California, Riverside is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think quickly and accurately. We are looking for someone with experience in a call center environment, as well as the technical skills to navigate multiple computer systems. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for responding to inquiries, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments. Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Provide accurate information to customers and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  3. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed.
  4. Document customer interactions in the customer service database.
  5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
  6. Remain up-to-date on University of California, Riverside policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
  8. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical support.
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to call center procedures.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
