
Payroll and Events Assistant
The University of California, Riverside is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Payroll and Events Assistant. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of payroll, event coordination, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in working with payroll and event coordination. Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for university staff and faculty in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate all aspects of university events, including scheduling, venue selection, budgeting, and participant registration.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll and event information.
- Assist in other administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Maintain excellent communication with faculty, staff, and other university personnel.
- Adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Monitor event progress and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to university leadership.
