Job Description

The Benefits Analyst administers UC benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement plans and other ancillary benefits and programs. Acts as benefits point of escalation and provides guidance to HR team members. Consults with and advises stakeholders on matters regarding eligibility provisions and other matters related to benefits. This position works closely with other HR team members and Payroll regarding the exchange of data and information for ongoing plan operations. Collaborates in the preparation of employee benefits events, communications and trainings. Effective and responsive customer service, is critical in this role.
