
Scientific Software Developer
We are seeking an experienced Scientific Software Developer to join our team at the University of California, San Diego. The Scientific Software Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications used in scientific research and teaching. This individual will be expected to have strong technical skills and an understanding of the scientific research process.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience. They must be familiar with software development best practices, debugging techniques, and have knowledge of a variety of programming languages.
