Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Director of Real Estate Project Management to join the University of California, San Diego's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing an effective real estate project strategy for the University. You will be able to apply your knowledge of real estate and project management to ensure the University’s real estate projects are successful and meet the University’s needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate project management with a strong background in finance and legal. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
