Job Description

The University of California, San Diego is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr. Communications and Media Relations Manager to join our team. The Sr. Communications and Media Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to promote the University and its initiatives. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in developing successful media strategies, have a deep understanding of the media landscape, and have the ability to think strategically, create compelling content, and build relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills and possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
