
Assistant Director for Restorative Justice and Conflict Resolution
The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Director for Restorative Justice and Conflict Resolution. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to lead the restorative justice and conflict resolution efforts at the university. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing restorative justice and conflict resolution processes on campus, while engaging in thoughtful and intentional dialogue with students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to social justice, restorative justice, and conflict resolution, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in education, social work, law, counseling, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in restorative justice, conflict resolution, and/or student conduct. Candidates must have a passion for, and understanding of, restorative justice and conflict resolution, as well as experience in developing and leading workshops and training. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment, and have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty, staff, and students in creating a learning environment that is safe and inclusive for all.
