Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and organized Assistant Director of Development for the Arts & Sciences at the University of Colorado Boulder to join our ambitious team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to design and execute a comprehensive fundraising program to support the University of Colorado Boulder's mission. This individual should have a passion for higher education, an understanding of the role of philanthropy in advancing the university's goals, and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive fund development experience.The Assistant Director of Development will be a part of a successful and collaborative team of professionals who share a commitment to philanthropic support of the University of Colorado Boulder. The Assistant Director of Development will provide leadership, strategic direction, and guidance to support the development of the Arts & Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and implementing strategies to increase donor engagement and philanthropic support. We are seeking an individual who is a skilled communicator, an excellent relationship builder, and an enthusiastic leader who will bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the position.
