Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join the University of Colorado Boulder Athletics team as the Director of Development. The ideal candidate is a driven and results-oriented leader who is excited to join a vibrant and innovative organization that values collaboration and celebrates success. The successful candidate will possess the qualifications related to fundraising and development, as well as the ability to build relationships with donors and alumni. The Director of Development will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious goals for the department, and will have the opportunity to shape the future of a successful and respected athletics program. The required qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least seven years of experience in fundraising and development, preferably in a collegiate setting; and excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate must also possess a passion for the University of Colorado Boulder Athletics program, and be committed to helping it reach its full potential.
