Job Description

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as Manager of Finance and Business Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for directing financial services, reporting, and budgeting for the university. You will also manage business and operational activities of the university, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and at least five years of experience in financial management. You must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and stay organized. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking and innovative, with the ability to think strategically and creatively in order to improve processes and procedures. You should also have a strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
