  1. Provide HR support: The Human Resources Generalist I will be responsible for providing support to the Department of Psychiatry in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  2. Ensure compliance: The Generalist will be responsible for ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are followed and that the department is compliant with all federal, state, and university regulations.

  9. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices: The Generalist will stay informed on the latest HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements within the department.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This position will work closely with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to HR processes and initiatives.
  11. Uphold confidentiality: The Generalist will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
