Job Description

Develop and measure key performance indicators, which will be displayed quarterly. Advise Project Director and other members of the team on courses of action after conducting thorough analyses of data, options, and other considerations. Troubleshoot operations on a daily basis. Oversee efforts to evaluate and document the program's development and success through collecting data, tracking student progress, and preparing related reports Ensure the MAPS Program remains compliant with university and grant policies, efficient, and on budget. Prepare for and monitor the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of services and other offerings associated with the MAPS Program. Collaborate with project faculty and staff to facilitate curricular processes and approvals, and ensure that the activities undertaken related to this project adhere to university policies and requirements of this grant project. Coordinate and regularly communicate with the Project Director, Curriculum Leader, and other faculty, staff, and adjunct instructors involved in the MAPS Program

Job Qualifications
  • Experience designing and constructing competencies and workplace learning programs

  • Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience
