Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:

5. Ensure all necessary medical supplies and equipment are available and properly functioning.
6. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's healthcare provider.
7. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare provider.
8. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
9. Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
10. Assist with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
