Manager - Diagnostic Sonography

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a commitment to continuing education, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills to drive the Diagnostic Sonography department to the highest standards of quality care.
2. Develop and implement programs and initiatives to ensure the department is meeting all set goals and objectives.
3. Manage the daily operations of the department and its staff.
4. Monitor and evaluate performance and ensure quality patient care.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a positive work environment, build staff morale, and promote team unity.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals and organizations.
8. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technology.
9. Monitor and analyze departmental data to ensure quality patient care and cost-effectiveness.
10. Address and resolve any patient or staff issues in a timely and professional manner.
