Physician Scheduler

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate patient scheduling and ensure that all appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
2. Assign physicians to on-call shifts and ensure that they are adequately trained and prepared to provide excellent care.
3. Monitor and adjust physician schedules to ensure that patient needs are met.
4. Maintain accurate records of physician schedules and patient visits.
5. Respond to patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Communicate regularly with physicians and other staff to ensure that all patient needs are being met.
7. Identify areas of improvement in the scheduling process and develop strategies to make the process more efficient.
8. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Provide support to physicians and other staff as needed.
