- Plan and execute a variety of events for the University of Pennsylvania, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and social events.

- Manage event registration and attendee lists, and provide timely and effective communication to attendees.

- Stay up-to-date with event industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning and execution.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure event messaging is consistent and aligns with the university's brand.
- Assist with other communication and event-related tasks as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably Within A University Or Similar Setting.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Social Media Platforms, As Well As Experience With Graphic Design And Content Creation.
