  3. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of GMP documents.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate document revisions, updates, and approvals.
  5. Monitor and track document changes and maintain accurate records to ensure traceability.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure GMP document control processes are followed and compliant.
  7. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices related to GMP document control.
  8. Train and educate team members on GMP document control processes and standards.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GMP document control processes.
  10. Communicate any potential risks or issues related to GMP document control to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Ensure the confidentiality and security of GMP documents and information.
  12. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and compliant work culture.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on GMP document control for internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Complete any other tasks or projects related to GMP document control as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Technical Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role Within A Gmp Regulated Industry, Such As Pharmaceuticals Or Biotechnology.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Gmp Documentation And Quality Control.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies Or Errors In Documentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
