- Provide excellent customer service to students by addressing their concerns and resolving any issues related to financial aid.
- Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure students' academic progress is aligned with their financial plans.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial aid processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in student financial aid.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Advising Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Planning, Investment Strategies, And Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Advise And Educate Clients.
Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Are Preferred.
