  1. Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  2. Develop and implement data collection methods and tools to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  3. Create and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis and recommendations.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.
  6. Utilize statistical and analytical tools to perform data mining, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
  7. Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular audits and resolving any discrepancies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  9. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for data-driven decision making.
  11. Collaborate with other data analysts and team members to share knowledge and insights.
  12. Adhere to University policies and procedures related to data privacy and security.
  13. Train and mentor junior data analysts as needed.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve data processes and workflows for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or Data Science.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In An Academic Or Research Setting.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools Commonly Used In Data Analysis, Such As Sql, Python, R, And Excel.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Draw Meaningful Insights.

  • Familiarity With Database Management Systems And Data Visualization Tools, As Well As Knowledge Of Data Cleaning And Manipulation Techniques.
