- Collaborate with other members of the investigational drug services team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other support staff.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharm Licensed Registered Tech - Investigational Drug Services At University Of Rochester Must Possess A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Completion Of An Accredited Pharmacy Technician Program: Candidates Must Have Successfully Completed An Accredited Pharmacy Technician Program And Hold A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb).
Active Pharmacy Technician License In The State Of New York: Candidates Must Hold An Active Pharmacy Technician License In The State Of New York. This License Must Be Maintained Throughout Employment At The University Of Rochester.
Knowledge Of Investigational Drug Services: Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Investigational Drug Services, Including Handling, Storage, And Dispensing Of Investigational Drugs, As Well As Safety Protocols And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Role Must Possess Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Records And Communicating With Other Healthcare Professionals, Such As Pharmacists, Physicians, And Nurses.
