- Serve as a liaison between the Social Work department and other campus resources to ensure individuals receive appropriate support and referrals.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of social work.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job responsibilities.

Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or Related Field: The Social Worker Assistant Must Possess A Strong Foundation In Social Work Theory And Practice, Which Is Typically Gained Through A Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Social Work Principles And Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Social Work Principles And Techniques, Such As Case Management, Crisis Intervention, And Community Outreach.
