  1. Manage the grant funding process for the university, including proposal development, submission, and post-award management.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to grant funding, including federal, state, and university guidelines.
  3. Serve as a resource for faculty and staff in navigating the grant application and management process.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies and external partners to identify potential funding opportunities and facilitate collaborations.
  5. Review grant proposals for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to funder requirements.
  6. Prepare and submit grant reports and assist with audits as needed.
  7. Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to funding guidelines and university policies.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective grant management and utilization of resources.
  9. Stay up-to-date on changes in grant regulations and policies and communicate any updates or changes to relevant parties.
  10. Train and mentor junior grants management staff and provide guidance and support to faculty and staff in grant management.
  11. Conduct regular evaluations of the grant management process and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of grant proposals, awards, and reports.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the university's research efforts.
  14. Represent the university at conferences and meetings related to grant funding and management.
  15. Uphold the university's values of innovation, excellence, and collaboration in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Grants Management, Preferably In A University Or Research Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Grants, Such As Uniform Guidance And Omb Circulars

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders

  • Experience With Grant Writing And Budget Development, As Well As Grant Proposal Submission And Reporting Processes.
