- Assist in the management and organization of class materials, including maintaining online course platforms.

Bachelor's Degree In Relevant Field: A Teaching Assistant Ii-3 At University Of Rochester Is Expected To Have A Strong Academic Background In A Relevant Field, Such As Education, Psychology, Or A Specific Subject Area.
Previous Teaching Or Tutoring Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Experience Working With Students In A Classroom Or Tutoring Setting. This May Include Previous Teaching Assistant Roles, Volunteer Work, Or Internships.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Teaching Assistant Ii-3 Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Order To Effectively Assist Students And Communicate With Faculty Members.
Knowledge Of Instructional Techniques And Technology: The University Of Rochester Values Innovative And Effective Teaching Methods. Therefore, A Teaching Assistant Ii-3 Should Have Knowledge Of Various Instructional Techniques And Be Comfortable Using Technology In The Classroom.
