  3. Conduct cutting-edge research in the field of clinical psychology, seeking external funding and publishing in top-tier academic journals.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental activities, including curriculum development, program assessment, and committee work.
  5. Stay current with developments in the field of psychology and incorporate new findings into teaching and research.
  6. Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and workshops, to enhance teaching and research skills.
  7. Engage in community outreach and service activities, such as organizing workshops, giving presentations, and participating in community events.
  8. Contribute to the overall academic and research mission of the university, promoting a culture of academic excellence and student success.
  9. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and service.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Doctorate (Ph.d. Or Psy.d.) In Clinical Psychology From An Accredited Institution.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Clinical Practice, Research, And Teaching In A Specific Area Of Clinical Psychology.

  • Experience In Mentoring And Supervising Graduate Students In Clinical Settings.

  • Active Licensure As A Clinical Psychologist In The State Of California.

  • Strong Record Of Scholarship, Including Publications And Presentations At Professional Conferences.
