- Monitor and track marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum reach and impact.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to secure sponsorships and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Work closely with university departments and campus organizations to promote and support their events.
- Assist with event logistics and execution, including coordinating with vendors, managing event registration, and providing on-site support.
- Collaborate with other university departments, such as Communications and Public Relations, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques into event strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the university at events, representing our mission, values, and achievements to attendees.
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage event budget for marketing expenses and ensure expenses stay within budget.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and university stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning Or Event Marketing.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Familiarity With Event Management Software And Social Media Platforms For Promotion.
