Job Description

Manage parking reservations for employers participating in the On-Campus Recruitment Program and information sessions. Generate invoices and collect information session and Resume Book payments. Satisfy revenue goals for the Career Center events to continue providing students career-related programming and resources. Coordinate the production of all event-related materials, including invitations, event signup, signage, marketing materials, and post-event communications. Draft and update program policies and email templates to ensure clear and concise communication on marketing materials and address employer and student recruitment questions and concerns through written and oral communication. Maintain the Employers’ webpages and post information session and recruiting events on the Career Center website and in Symplicity.

Job Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience with recruiting and administration in an academic or related setting

  • Strong ability to manage several different projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs, including early morning, late evening, and weekend events

  • Strong experience using Zoom or a similar web conferencing software

  • Experience with Symplicity, Handshake, Brazen, or other CRM and virtual career fair platforms preferred
