Job Description

We at the University of Southern California are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering superior customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and managing payroll operations in compliance with federal and state guidelines. Reporting to the Manager of Payroll, the Payroll Associate will provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff and student employees. This position requires a combination of excellent customer service and technical skills.
