- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent to Texas McCombs business school.
- Oversee the entire recruiting process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding successful applicants.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and establish recruitment plans.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates and maintain a strong talent pool.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and informative recruitment experience.
- Analyze and report on recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and train a team of recruiters to ensure they are aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Oversee the organization and execution of recruiting events and information sessions.

- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting Texas McCombs and its values to potential candidates.
- Maintain records and documentation related to recruiting activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for recruiting initiatives and events.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruiting process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall goals and objectives of Texas McCombs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Recruiting Operations Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A University Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Selection, And Onboarding.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With Proficiency In Hris And Ats Systems.
