As a Senior MBA Recruitment & Admissions Officer for our Houston program, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top candidates for our prestigious MBA program. Join our dynamic and diverse community and help shape the next generation of business leaders.

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the Texas McCombs School of Business MBA program in Houston.
  2. Identify and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels, such as career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
  3. Conduct informational sessions and presentations to promote the MBA program and showcase its unique offerings.
  4. Collaborate with the admissions team to review applications and make informed decisions on candidate selection.
  5. Manage the admissions process for the Houston MBA program, including conducting interviews and providing guidance to applicants.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for prospective students, answering inquiries and providing information about the program and admissions requirements.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
  8. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and alumni to engage them in the recruitment process and assist in identifying potential candidates.
  9. Represent the Texas McCombs School of Business at various events and conferences to promote the program and recruit top talent.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor programs to continuously improve the MBA recruitment and admissions process.
  11. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the MBA program by meeting recruitment and enrollment goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mba Recruitment And Admissions, Preferably At A Top-Ranked Business School.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Mba Admissions Process And Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Recruitment Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present To And Engage With Diverse Audiences.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, With Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Alumni, And Corporate Partners.
