- Design and develop innovative and effective learning solutions for students and faculty at the University of Wyoming.
- Utilize expertise in instructional design to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Develop and implement training programs for faculty to improve their teaching skills and utilize new instructional technologies.
- Collaborate with faculty and other instructional designers to create engaging and interactive course materials.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in current instructional design and training practices.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in instructional design and training in higher education.
- Serve as a resource and provide support to faculty in utilizing instructional technologies and pedagogical strategies.
- Use creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve the overall learning experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and students to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into instructional design and training.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of instructional design and training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of instructional design and training projects.
- Adhere to all University policies and procedures related to instructional design and training.
- Represent the University of Wyoming and its values in a professional and positive manner.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Training, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Learning Theories And Instructional Design Principles.
Experience In Developing And Delivering Both In-Person And Online Training Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
