Technical Support Specialist

This position is responsible for providing technical support and help desk services to all end users, as well as supporting all remote locations for connectivity and functionality of all desktop & laptop units, peripherals, office & label printers, network connectivity and more. Images desktop and laptop units to be prepped and readied for deployment to end users. Detects, diagnoses, reports and corrects PC-related problems on all desktop and laptop systems. Provides end-user support, documentation and training for all software applications. Installs and configures all company office printers, guides installations for home office setups. Installs new software releases, system upgrades, installs patches and resolves software related problems.
