Utility Operator

Responsible for unloading potatoes. Operates potato grader. Fills and levels potato crates with potatoes. Uses forklift to warehouse potatoes. Responsible to substitute for specific skill-related jobs at all manufacturing facilities pending training. Assists in peeling potatoes at Plant 3. Works as a Lineperson in the Packaging Room. Assists in the warehouse pulling orders, stickering product, etc. Substitutes as a fryer operator at Plant 1. Substitutes as an oven operator, twister operator and mixer operator at Plant 2. Required to perform all duties as requested (snow removal, arranging rooms for meetings). Performs various cleaning duties as assigned (Frying Room end of week clean up, windows, floors, etc.).
