Paralegal
We seek a highly ethical, self-motivated, dependable, experienced paralegal who will contribute to the positive working environment within OLA. Reviewing and drafting contracts relative to healthcare and pharmacy transactional matters;
- Performing legal research;
- Organizing and maintaining complex legal files; and
- Assisting with general healthcare-related matters as needed.
At least five (5) years of related experience, preferably in healthcare transactions, healthcare procurement
Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor’s degree in paralegal or legal studies.
Familiarity with DFEH and EEOC claims process
Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision
