Building & Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance, operations, repairs, and renovations of all University buildings and grounds.
2. Develop and implement maintenance and safety protocols.
3. Monitor the budget for the maintenance and repair of University buildings and grounds.
4. Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure successful operations and projects.
5. Supervise and train staff and contractors to complete necessary tasks.
6. Monitor and inspect building conditions to identify any necessary repairs or improvements.
7. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
8. Respond to emergency repair requests and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
9. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
10. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
