Executive Recruiter

Vanderbilt University is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Executive Recruiter will play an integral role in the success of our recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting the best talent to join our world-class university. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for recruitment, and a desire to make a difference.To be successful in this role, the Executive Recruiter must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in executive recruitment and/or human resources. They must have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be well-versed in sourcing and vetting candidates. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. In addition, the Executive Recruiter should have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
