Instructional Technologist

Vanderbilt University is looking for an innovative and dynamic Instructional Technologist to join our team. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to create engaging and effective digital learning experiences for our students. The Instructional Technologist will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of educational technology solutions, and will work in partnership with faculty to support their instructional and research needs. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional technology, educational technology, or a related field, as well as experience in working with educational technologies, instructional design, and multimedia development. They should also be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Additionally, the successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of learning management systems and educational technology trends.
