Job Description

Vanderbilt University is seeking an experienced Senior Policy Data Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an organized and analytical individual who can analyze data, communicate findings, and collaborate with colleagues to support the university's policy objectives. The Senior Policy Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the implementation of policy initiatives, working to ensure that data-informed decisions are made. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis or a related field. They will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and principles, and the ability to utilize multiple data sources to develop and validate policy. In addition, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences. The Senior Policy Data Analyst must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
